Her career has spanned marketing, communications, and recruiting in higher education, non-profits, and tech. At Joyce Group she provides marketplace intelligence and supports all stages of the recruiting process, providing deep industry research to identify the strongest candidates. Nikko also manages the firm’s extensive database of talent — one of the most robust networks of talent in the world. Nikko has a BA from the University of California, Davis, and an MBA from Charles III University. Passionate about social justice, she spends her free time volunteering, exploring Bay Area hiking trails, and trying every new restaurant she can find.
