Pam has spent her career in the global development space, working with international nonprofits creating scalable solutions for pressing social challenges. She has raised revenue, managed programs, and led strategic partnerships at Asia Society, Room to Read, and the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business. Currently, she leads Joyce Group’s back-of-house operations, managing all aspects of finance and administration for clients, candidates, and staff. She keeps the recruitment process running smoothly and efficiently, interfacing with stakeholders from engagement to search completion. Pam has a BA from Georgetown University and an MA from the University of Michigan. A century cyclist and traveler who likes to get off the beaten path, Pam serves on several boards promoting environmental sustainability, leadership development, and women’s empowerment.
